Lesbian Friendly Pregnancy journals?

I know that there are a few threads that have answered this question, but I'm failing at searching for them.  I'm already seriously behind on keeping track of this pregnancy, so I need to get a book asap.  I tried searching on Amazon as well, but that didn't work either.  Anyone have any good recommendations?  Thanks in advance!

    We got Embrace: A Pregnancy Journal by Nikki McClure.

    It's less fill-in the blank than some, but doesn't have any references to Father/Dad, which was a deal-breaker for us. Bonus, I love her art work, she's from the PNW and C already got me her other journal The First 1000 Days: A Baby Journal and we have a couple of her kids books in our collection.

    In have the belly book. It's a little different but we really liked it. Some of the questions are a little goofy but that's one thing we loved about it.

    I second Joy, Nikki McClure's pregnancy journal is lovely. You can get it at www.buyolympia.com. My gal got us a super cool baby book with the 'pregnancy supplement' on etsy, but it did have a couple references to daddy...but she loved it so much we're just going to adjust those couple pages. I know there was another on etsy that had a 'same sex supplement' that allows you to remove and replace pages that reference the dad. You might do some hunting there too!

    Dec. '12 - Donor Egg/Donor Sperm IVF Cycle - 4 good embies!
    Dec. '12 - Fresh transfer, BFP! EDD 8/29/13
    Mar. '13 - Missed m/c at 16w1d, baby boy stopped growing at 15w4d
    Loss due to umbilical cord clot...baby was perfect. :(
    Jul '13 - FET#1 - c/p
    Sept. '13 - FET#2 - BFN
    Dec.' 2, 2013 - FET#3 with our last chance embie - BFP!!!
    Dec' 26, 2013 - hb!!
    EDD 8/20/14 with a baby girl!
    Little S was born on 8/21/14 - 8lb, 14 oz and 20 inches long.
    We live in Seattle and used SRM for our donor egg IVF cycle
