XP from FB: Blood in stool?

Have any of your kiddos had blood after a poopy diaper? We were at a birthday party and E was crying, so I went to change her diaper and there wasn't blood in the stool, just dripping from her bottom when I wiped her. Her poop wasn't any more hard/solid than usual. I left a message for our on-call nurse and packed up and headed home. I'm just waiting for a call back and trying to avoid Dr. Google. Anyone else have this happen before? What was your experience?

    Ditto. I'd definitely ask the doctor, but I've heard blood when you wipe or on the outside of the stool is much less worrisome than blood mixed in.

    Spoke with the nurse who recommended we take her to urgent care just to be sure. Anal Fissures, just as some of you suspected. Not much we can do other than be sure she gets enough fiber and water. Thanks for the help ladies!
