I'm at 4.5 weeks and I have cramping off and on, they aren't real painful, more just a dull twinge every couple of hours. From what I've heard from other ladies cramping is normal, if you have any concerns you should definitely call your doctor. My doctor said to call her first before I start to google my concerns because there's so much information out there that is wrong. Best of luck!
I am 6 weeks 2 days and get some cramping every once in awhile. To me it feels similar to menstrual cramps. They aren't severe and there is no bleeding so I know it's just my uterus growing.

I had some bad cramping last Sunday night was bad I got up was lightheaded even went out to the living room for a few hours. Came back to bed after and finally fell asleep. It woke me up I was a bit scared but it went away and have not had much cramping at all since just a twinge once in awhile. Only other symptom has been bloating big time!!

During my last pg, my OB said that bleeding and cramping is bad, but separately, its usually nothing to worry about. I think as long as you aren't bleeding, you are ok. Maybe see if it stops and if not, call your dr.
I am currently 4wks and experiencing some cramping and lower back pain. Nothing associated with bleeding. I experienced the same thing with my last pregnancy, cramping is normal as long as it is not associated with any bleeding. It is due to your uterus stretching.

Hi, I'm new to this site and this is my first pregnancy, so I'm not going to be much help; however, I'm experiencing the same thing. I still have the symptoms you described (minus vomiting, just extreme nausea) and my cramping has been consistent for a few days now. It is usually dull but sometimes there are sharp jolts. I have been really gassy and constipated though, but most importantly I haven't had any spotting. Hopefully once I get the gas under control I'll be free of some of these scary cramps. Despite the good signs I have been petrified that it's more than gas, so I know how you feel!! It is difficult being super excited and petrified at the same time.
I am cramping as well but from what I gather that is pretty normal. Dizziness and sore breasts as well. I have never been so excited to be dizzy and cramping lol.
I have had menstrual like cramps both pregnancies and it is very normal. Annoying, but normal. It will pass as you get farther along. Rest, water, and tylenol can help relieve these symptoms if they are too bothersome.
