    You have to have the pic uploaded somplace online- I use shutterfly.com Then once you have uploaded your picture, you need to make the URL smaller (bc the Nest is stupid like that). Go to tinyurl.com and make the link tiny.  You click on your profile and then, in the.. crud... one of the bottom parts, you put this line <img src=*" yourtinylinkhere"*> only take out the little stars. I think that's everything.
