Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe

Many childless couples have visited this shrine, I know one is in Mexico, the other is guess is in Chicago and Minnesota? Correct me of am wrong, but has anyone visited so far?

    I'm not sure but if one is in Chicago, I would have gone when I visited a few months ago

    i am not sure if there is a shrine, i  know one of my friend mentioned a statue/grotto may or may not be famous.
