? about food allergy?

My DD is almost 15 months, and when she was a baby we had to put her on Soy formula b/c of horrible stools and diaper rashes..  Once she was on that, her stools became better..  Now that she is eating more foods, she is having the watery stools, diaper rash, and pooping about 4-5 x's a day.  I did take her to the pediatrician and she says to take away all dairy b/c she could be lactose intolerant.  I did get her blood tested this past Thursday to check and see if she might be allergic to other kinds of food..  She eats a lot but her stools are not as solid/formed.  Sorry for TMI!!  But I was just wondering if maybe she is having other allergy issues and if this is what you had experienced with your child? TIA!!

    Not here. I've only experienced hives, facial swelling and eczema with DD's allergies. The blood results will rule in or out your allergy questions. GL

    My DD does have GI upset if she ingests dairy (along with the things mentioned above).

     

     But is it possible your LO could have a stomach bug?  Last winter DD had one that lasted for weeks, it was terrible, and it was the same time I stopped nursing and was using more soy formula so I kept thinking it was the soy...turned out to be a nasty bug and she tolerates soy fine.
