Cheating dreams?!

So I'm not sure if it's feeling insecure about being pregnant or what, but I keep having these recurring dreams that DH is cheating. Last night was especially bad because it was so vivid and was his ex (also BM). I don't really have any trust issues or jealousy issues. I have just had so many of them now and so frequent.

It's also pretty much out of the question that DH is cheating on me. I know he wouldn't and he loves me, plus we work together and he wouldn't even have time! lol. Anyone else dealing with this? It just sucks to wake up with that crappy feeling ALL THE TIME!!!

I am the opposite.... I dream I am cheating on Dh. Get use to crazy dreams though because they don't go away until delivery. It does suck waking up in a bad mood because of them, but you have to remember they have no real meaning and are not real.

Yes,the dreams are so vivid! I was throne cheating in my dream and I was so scared hubby would be mad when I woke up! I had to keep telling myself it was a dream! Lol

Try not to worry about, I had a dream last night that my husband broke up with me. Not sure how that can happen since we are married. I blame pregnancy with all these weird dreams.

I've had both versions at times - I cheated on him, he cheated on me and left me (I have to admit, I smacked him on the shoulder when I woke up from that one and scared the crap out of him, but it was instinct before I was really even awake lol!). I've also had dreams I could fly, dreams I've been able to walk through fire, etc. etc. Pregnancy dreams are notoriously odd! Luckily, they tend to stop as soon as the baby is born, but you may have some real doozies before the pregnancy is over

I have had similar dreams. Obviously they don't actually know why but I read in a pregnancy book that when you dream about your spouse cheating on you while pregnant it's because you are not feeling desired. I was not very skinny to begin with in this pregnancy because my first was only six months old when I got pregnant again so I have been having those dreams almost the whole time. Most likely he thinks you are even more beautiful now than ever. Good Luck hun

I also read in a pregnancy book that when you dream your cheating its because you want to feel desired again. Just thought I would share that with you.

That sounds horrible. At least you know for sure he isn't cheating! Dreams since becoming pregnant have been crazy for me too.

thanks everyone! yeah I feel like it's a need to feel desired thing, but he is def. attracted to me, I mean we still have great passionate sex and everything. lol. I know it's all in my head. I just can't help feeling icky with all the changes that come along with pregnancy! Tongue Tied

I'm with you ladies. I've had dreams that my husband is totally ignoring me for a whole trip, I've been cheating or he is not even in my dream! They are all crazy and not my favorite at all. I've had some other crazy dreams too and when I wake up I can literally replay the entire dream!

I read and article on dreams during pregnancy!!! Dreams of infidelity with either you or for SO being the culprit are totally normal! Also all those steamy dreams that you dont normally have outside of being pregnant are said to be compensation for your fluctuating needs during this time!

Enjoy the dreams while they last bc the wont for long!

I dreamt I had sex with Will Farrell...ewwwww! Where did that come from? I told DH and he laughed. I wouldn't put any stock in your dreams.

Yes, I've had quite a few of these and they are SO vivid and awful! DH dreads when I tell him about my dreams in the morning because half the time they are about something awful he has done. I've also had several dreams where I am cheating or flirting with other guys. Very disturbing

What's strange is before I got pregnant, on occasion I would have vivid dreams of having sex with other men I knew, (mostly coworkers). I felt awful about it!! But since I've been pregnant, all of my vivid sex dreams are with DH (which leaves me feeling like less of a dirty whore). Dreams are weird.

I have sex dreams about other men all the time now that I'm pregnant. Last night it was Channing Tatum and
I don't even think the mans face is attractive.

I'm just hoping I don't call out so and so's face during those dreams because sometimes it is men he knowslike friends, wtf. I have no control over my subconscious while pregnant, lol.

I've been dreaming that I've been with this guy I know...we were interested in each other but the timing never worked out & we became friends. I think in my dreams I am "single" & definitely not pregnant, but I wake up feeling SO guilty. I've had two about this guy now. The one dream I woke up wishing I could fall back asleep & still dreaming......... HA!!!! Then I think I snap out of it & realize what I am thinking about.

For me i had extremely vivid dreams of him cheating, but also of me cheating. Sometimes i wake up in a hot sweat and panting .
