Winter snugglies PIP

What do you dress your little ones in when it's cold? Cute and cozy, or practical? Both?

I want to see pics!

We usually dress little girl up in her bear most mornings. It's probably the best thing I have ever bought. I still squee from cuteness when I see her in it.

  • Oh my goodness I could eat her. I won't!

I actually don't put DS in anything too thick. We have the snuggly thing on the car seat and the stroller so that and a thick blanket and hat and he's good to go.

  • It's 78 degrees here.

We bought a few really super cute snugglies, one from old navy and one from Carter's. We haven't got to use either yet.

To be fair, it was 68 here today and we live in Ohio. Really, Ohio? Really?

Hers is in my signature, and I'm in Ohio, too! I would have rather had snow than rain.

It gets pretty cold here in the winter [minus 10 to 25C regularly] and we don't dress DS up in too much extra. He wears a hooded jacket and his Robeez boots. If it's extra cold, I'll pop his mitts and hat on along with a heavier blanket. He doesn't own a snowsuit or anything like that.
We go from the house to car and inside again. If I took him out for a walk, I would cover him up more. The last time I took him out for a walk, it was minus 5C or so and his poor little face got too cold. I won't take him out below zero now.

Oh my gah. Where do you live?! Bbrrrrrr!

    Alberta.
