Those doing DietBet...

Are you weighing in for he initial weigh in and then at the end? Or weekly? Or something else?

I am fully tracking on MFP but only doing the two required weigh ins on DietBet.

  • I am not doing in between weigh ins. I have weighed myself once since my initial weigh in but not for diet bet reasons.

  • I weigh myself once a week for Weight Watchers. I may or may not enter it in diet bet.

    It's because they are working out and sweating out water. They are the ones weighing in every day. So they could go to the gym and sweat off 2lb, and weigh themselves and update. But as soon as they drink water....they just gained it back. They didn't actually lose weight, they lost water. There were some at 100 percent after day two. There is no way you could lose 4 percent of your weight in two days.
