We had a summer video monitor and the cord stopped working and the video unit was messed up. Te pieces that allowed you to swivel the camera broke so we had to use tape. We just bought a Motorola with 2 video cameras an love love love it!

We've had a summer monitor for almost three years and haven't really had a problem with it (other than the wifi doesn't work as well when it is on). The picture isn't fabulous, but it gets the job done for sure. However we are considering a motorola with two cameras this time around.

Our Samsung monitor died and it wasn't even 6 months old...
And the company isn't particularly helpful about returning it. So we are just going to buy a new one.

I got the Motorola MBP33 it was 155.00 I love it

We ended up picking the motorola as well, seeme to have the best reviews on Amazon. I will check the model number when I get home tonight, but since we haven't used it too much yet I can't speak to how long it lasts.
