What time is bedtime?

I'm curious as to what time you all are putting your babes to bed.

We were putting Ava to bed at around 8ish but then she is awake a few hours later and continues to wake up numerous times throughout the night.

Last night we experimented and kept her up until 10. She had a later dinner nap anyway so she was wide awake. I have her a bath at 10, nursed her and she was sound asleep in minutes. She slept so much better last night. 4 hours straight, then I fed her for a few minutes and she slept another 3 hours. The most sleep I've got in months I think!

I know different things work for each baby, but what have you found works best for your LO?

We used to do 9 but he was a holy terror from 5pm-bedtime! Now we put him down at 7ish to avoid all that. He still wakes up at the same time each mornign so he obviously needed the extra sleep!

We start our bedtime routine at 5:30 and Cole is asleep at 6:30. He still wakes to eat once or twice and is up for day at 5:30.

My LO goes to bed at 8:00. If it's a good night, he'll sleep from 8pm to 3am, have a bottle, and go back to sleep until about 7am. Some nights he'll sleep 8pm to midnight or 1am, have a bottle, and then sleep until about 6am.

We start bedtime around 7 and she is usually asleep by 7:30 or 8. She wakes up around 7 or 8 am.

LO is ready for bed at 7, sometimes before. We start the routine and he's asleep by 7:30.

Same as some PP...we used to put him down at 9:30 and I would just nurse him when he became crazy, but since we've started formula we've pushed it up to a start time of anywhere between 7:15 and 7:45 depending on when he starts the eye rubbing, etc.

We start the bedtime routine around 9, and she's usually in bed by 9:45 or 10. We like it that way, because my husband can spend more time with her, since he works till early evening. However, I'm one of the lucky ones that get to stay home, so there's no need to wake her in the morning, and she sometimes sleeps till 8:30-9 in the morning, with a nap an hour later.

She goes down right around 8 and then sleeps until 8 the next morning. It works out perfectly because her siblings go down at the same time.

We start bedtime between 5:30 and 6, and he's asleep between 6 and 6:30. He gets up twice to eat at about 9:30 and 3:30, and is then up for the day between 6:00 and 6:30.

Works perfectly for us: DH and I get some time together at night, and I have some time to prep for work before he's up in the morning.

Right now 8 is working for us. I usually try and feed him his last bottle around 7:45sh, then change him into his PJ's if he hasn't had his bath that night. Then he is down between 8 & 8:15, last night he was out by 8:30 and slept till 6am!

Our bed time was 7:30 but he pushed it up to 6:30 after daylight savings time and I just left it there. This week are working out getting it back to around 7:00

I think we are the only night owls here with a bedtime between 10-11p.m. She used to sleep a 6-9 hour stretch, but since starting solids wants to feed every 4-5 hours during the night. It's still not too shabby all considering.

Usually 9:30 or 10. He seems to do much better if we don't put him down earlier.

He's usually asleep by 6 or 630pm. Wakes up around 6am.

Toddler goes to bed by 7pm Md gets up around 6 or 630am.

We love early bedtimes in this house. DH and I get a few hours to ourselves before we go to bed around 10pm.

We are just am early to bed, early to rise kinda family.

I do bath around 715, and he will nap after, but he won't go down for night until 930 or 10.
