Passport for LO

Anyone get one yet? How did you get the passport photos taken for LO? We tried to take him to get his passport photos at AAA and it just didn't work turn out correctly no matter how many times she kept taking it. Costco does not do baby passport photos. We have an appointment with the post office to apply for passports but not certain if they know how to take photos for babies.

    You can take the picture yourself if you go on the passport web site it will tell you what type of picture is required.  My coworker took my picture for me and we printed it at work, I have to have one for work.  Just make sure both you and DH go to postoffice as they won't let just one of you get one for LO.

    We got his taken at the passport office at 6 weeks old. Lol he was all floppy and my hand wasn't allowed in the picture and he wasn't allowed any facial expressions yet be awake... It took forever!!

    They took ours at the post office and she gave a nice big smile for it. It was relatively painless actually!

    We got ds2's passport when he was 6 months old. The lady at the post office took his picture for us. It was quick and easy. She knew exactly how to do it. He sat on a stool against the wall and I was in front of him on my knees holding him on his hips/waist area.
