It was this morning! I'm trying to not get my hopes up even though it went super well. It was with the director (who I've been in touch with for several months) and deputy director. The deputy director even said at the end of the interview "I'm not suprised I'm so impressed, I just had to be sure you didn't walk on water" lol.
Now they have to pass my position by the board of directors. I run the risk of them either not approving it, not approving the salary I need to make working worthwhile (vs SAH with DD), or not being able to give me enough hours. Pretty much they want to create a new position for me to make things run smoothly for them but it's up to the board to decide if they think it's cost effective. Now I wait.
I waited for them to bring it up like the ladies on WM suggested. I didn't get into details but I casually mentioned that I have a daughter who would need daycare. I only did that because they seemed a little unsure they could get me the pay they wanted, and I didn't want them to think I was trying to take advantage since they are a non-profit group.
They did mention that they were trying to hire a higher class of employee, so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that they like me enough to pay that $1-$2/hour more for me.
I hope to find out tonight or tomorrow, since the director said she'd talk to the board tonight. Not that I'm anxious or anything :P

Keep us posted on what happens! I hope it works out for you...
so did you end up talking about your salary, and what would be needed? (since that was the topic you were asking about earlier)
