I just saw you posted so I hope I catch you... I posted a shout out to you awhile back asking how your cycle was going. Any updates you don't mind sharing? FX it went/is going well!

Me: 30 ~ Stage IV Endo ~ AMH .38 ~ AFC 8
AMH .97 as of 4/2012! ~ AMH 1.63 as of 4/2013!?!
Him: 29 ~ perfect swimmers
Laparotomy w/partial oophorectomy 8/2009 to remove cysts/endo.
Stopped BCP 4/2010.
Multiple clomid rounds from 11/2010 to 6/2011. ~ All BFN
IUI w/clomid 7/2011. IUI w/clomid & injectables 11/2011 & 1/2012. ~ All BFN
IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013 ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt) Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)

    Hi DP -- thanks so much for asking, incredibly sweet of you!!!  You've all been in my thoughts and I look forward to catching up!

    November's IVF got wonky and never fully played out (tried to update my sig here, but it doesn't seem to be saving my edits).  Apparently, new RE assumed I had had a SHG following my m/c and before last IVF, so he got me started on stims right away.  After a couple days on stims, IVF nurse realized I never had an SHG.  Stims were stopped and I had the scan -- turns out, that was a good thing since they found scar tissue that's believed to be from the pg and/or subsequent D&E procedure.  Due to my clinic's OR privileges (no hysteroscopies at clinic) + T-giving + my AF cycle, I couldn't have hysteroscopy until 12/20.  All the scar tissue was removed (fortunately, it was less in quantity and severity than they had assumed based on sono image) and pathology came back fine.  RE said my ute now has a nice "tune-up" and I'm good to go.  Will start stims for next IVF as soon as AF arrives (due this weekend).

    Anything new on your end?

    MH: 37, Dx Obstructive Azoospermia, multiple successful sperm retrieval procedures

    1/2012: IVF/ICSI #1 Antagonist = cancelled d/t poor response to max stims
    2/2012: IVF/ICSI #2 MDLF (4R, 4M, 1F) = BFP, saw heartbeat, missed m/c 9w0d, D&E
    8/2012: IVF/ICSI #3 EPP/MDLF (7R, 2M, 1F) = BFN

    12/2012: (New RE) Operative hysteroscopy to remove scar tissue

    1/2013: IVF/ICSI #4 Low-dose stim/Antagonist (AFC=6); ER=1/26 (5R-couldn't access rt ovary, 5M, 4F), ET=1/29 (trans 3) = BFP!; 2/11 beta#1(13dp3dt)=2127, 2/13=3367; twin girls due 10/19/13

    PAIF/SAIF very welcome!

    Good thing the nurse was paying attention! That sucks you already got started on stims and had to cancel, but better than a possible BFN due to scar tissue. Will you still be doing micro IVF? FX the "tune-up" will help bring success!!

    There's not really anything new on my end. I'm off BCP now and back to my regularly scheduled pain. Stick out tongue

    Yeah, the hiccup and delay were annoying -- but, there are already so many "what ifs" with this that I'd glad to have that one taken out of the running (especially since my prior RE never suggested a saline sono after the D&E and I then had a BFN IVF with them a few months later...who knows?!).  Will be doing a low-dose stim + antagonist (same as micro IVF???)...only 150IU FSH instead of the 600IU I've been on in the past.

    Sorry to hear that the endo pain is back now that the BCPs have stopped -- sounds awful!  Again, thanks so much for checking in with me -- very appreciated!
