I ended up taking DS into the emergency room today because he hasn't been eating or drinking much and barely had a wet diaper in 10 hours. This is in addition to the continuous wheezing and coughing.
After 2 breathing treatments and 4 hours, we find out he has RSV and bronchiolitis. The doctor still isn't sure if he has asthma. Now we really have to hope DD doesn't get it, because with asthma/BPD (from her preemie days), if she had it it could be bad.
I'm still worried about DS not eating, although it has helped wean him off needing to eat to go to sleep. Unfortunately, now he will only sleep if someone walks around with him on their shoulder. That person is usually me.
Man, my back is tired!

Aw poor little guy. I hope he feels better soon.
Yeah, if my back holds out. Let's just say I've been putting my new Wii to good use on the rare times he's sleeping long enough for me to get to it. The Wii Fit Plus has yoga on it.
Of course, I probably should work on strength training for better endurance, but I think at that point, my arms and back will revolt.
Thanks for the good wishes everyone. He's feeling better today; I actually got him to eat half a thing of carrots for lunch, but he's still cranky and not napping.
I'm looking forward to Saturday when I can maybe get some extra sleep. The weekend is 2 days away...the weekend is 2 days away...
