Drinking at work today (Vent)

Didn't even make it to beta day on Friday for IUI 6.  AF came today.  I'm beyond frustrated since when I called for my baseline u/s the nurse said my doctor wants me to do one more round before we move onto more aggressive treatments.  It seems that things start over for them when you do get pregnant even if you miscarry.  We have to finish 3 rounds of clomid post-miscarriage before we try anything else.  I'm absolutely heartbroken, pissed, frustrated and hormonally tearful.  Luckily my groups today have all cleared out so I'm alone at work drinking a Malibu and capri sun.  Sometimes it is good to be the boss.  Wish I could be with our next IF cycle too!

TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism. 
BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI 
2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d   
D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.   
Hysteroscopy to remove both 10/5
IUI #5-7 50mg Clomid + trigger = BFN  
IUI #8 Femara + Bravelle + HCG + Progesterone = BFP 3/27/13
Beta 1 (13dpo) = 169  Beta 2 (17dpo) = 1073  No heartbeat at 9w3d. 
D & C 5/10/13  Triploidy 69 (paternal inherited)
IVF #1 with ICSI and PGS 11R 8M 5F 2 biopsied/frozen
PGS results = 1 with trisomy 13 & 1 good embryo for FET 
FET #1 EV, estrace, nitro patches.  Cancelled due to thin lining
FET #1.2 oral estrace, f'ing nitro patches and no delestrogen.  Transfer 12/31. BFN
PAIF/SAIF welcome
Surprise BFP on 6/13/14  Our only unmedicated bfp ever.
Beta #1 339  Beta #2 649 44 hour doubling time

    FET #2.2 Scheduled for September 20th
    2 Thawed, 2 Transferred! Beta #1- 96, Beta #2 906! :: EDD June 10th
    2015- 2 failed FET. We are done

    I'm not much of a malibu fan, but I could rock some vodka with a capri sun...although the hospital I work at frowns on drinking at work :)

    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    So sorry Nessey that your RE's office don't want to look at other plans of action yet.  And big ((((Hugs)))) for dealing with yet another BFN.  Drink up, that malibu capri sun sounds delish.  I personally would also get some kind of chocolate treat on the way home for desert - but that's me.

    I'm so sorry. That drink combination sounds delicious, and there are definitely days I would like to have that at work, but that probably wouldn't go over very well seeing as how I'm a teacher!

    Thanks for the hugs ladies. The Malibu and Capri sun was actually pretty good! Craving carbs and sweets so I treated myself to a loaf of sourdough bread and some black licorice to go with our ahi for dinner. Tomorrow will hopefully be a better day.

    November 18th 2012, IUI #1-BFN prescribed progesterone supplements for next cycle, monitoring appt Dec 12th.

    December 14th- Missed ovulation, doing TI instead of IUI.-BFN

    January 11th IUI #2-BFN

    IUI #3-Feb 13th=BFP

    July 2012 - Tests with RE confirmed PCOS and annovulation

    2 rounds of clomid, 5 IUI's using clomid + injectibles. 

    Surprise BFP while on break cycle due to cysts.  It's a girl! Baby "E" born on Thanksgiving Day 11/28/13
