  Thank you!! We're very excited and beyond scared its not going to work.

  Ben is taking a male prenantal vitamin and folic acid. he also had to give up caffeine, alcohol, and most dairy. the dairy I added in, not something the dr. requested.

  he doesn't have to do anything at the dr's office until he gives his sample.

  and then his job is done. must be  nice to be a guy, ha!

  so men can actually take a womans prenatal vitamin. they're just great vitamins in general. the vitamins Ben takes are like super sperm vitamins that we can from the RE. I guess maybe anyone could probably walk in there and buy them.

  And his job is going to be 'easy' for a very long time...it's not exactly a fair situation (I say right before heading upstairs to vomit up the dinner I just made....and H sits on the couch!)
