Hello Lovely Ladies,

Wednesday is here and so we want to know what is going on with you (even if nothing is going on, stop in and say hi). Jugs to anyone wanting or needing them.

Since I see a few ladies sneaking in here and there - I want to give a special hello to Mrs Mcirish, Sophistikitty & NMscubagirl. We are always looking for an update from you and always praying you are doing well.

And to address the PM that was sent to me - no, I do not update on me very often. For a while this board was so dead that I really didn't think anyone was here to listen. Now that we have had a revival, I don't mind posting an update with these weekly informal check-ins - If and only if women here want to hear a small general update from me. I understand some days are better than others.

So ladies - lets hear it - WHAT'S GOING ON?

Hi sweetie- thanks for the shout out. AF arrived this am and baseline for me and my donor is Friday. Lupron totally kicked my a$$ last night. Massive migraine and I ended up vomiting and my temp was 94.5!! Crazy, right? I was shivering bc i was so cold. I'm hoping there is no repeat of this to tonight after my shot. I'm hanging out in my bed today... It's like I can feel my estrogen level being at zero! I cannot wait for estrace on Friday.

Of course you need to update us! How is baby girl doing?

I do not want nor need Jugs. I am willing to donate mine though. Big tatas are no fun to carry around all day! lol

If you want to update on yourself I would gladly read/respond! I just assumed you were being guarded with your PG, which is totally fine if you are. (Not sure if guarded is the right word... I mean it as in you are trying to protect yourself. I hope that makes sense?) However you feel best about sharing or not sharing is totally up to you! I always worry when I call someone out that they won't want me to, but at the same time I don't want them to think they've been forgotten about.

As far as PG related news, what has been the IFV stance in the past? I always thought it was ok as long as it's not being posted about every 20 min.

Thanks Double & Mcirish. Just to let you know, I have never been comfortable telling people my good news especially when I know they are still hoping and waiting for theirs. I have been on the other end (more than just with IF) to know how much it hurts - even when you are happy for the person. And as far as updates every 20 minutes - I want to kick people in the face that have to update things like AW - I am pg 5W4D, OMG - I am pg 5W5D, I did my shot last night, I went to the bathroom today, I drank coffee - well, you get what I am saying (FB people also irk me who do that too ... lol).

So for my update I will say that things are moving along. We have seen the HB and while baby girl is not being an over-achiever, she is hitting her milestones (She is saving all her over-achieving for me and DH). We were released from the RE (or given the boot - whatever you want to call it ... lol)

Yes Yes, AW get under my skin too, whether it be IRL or on FB. I have a low tolerance for people who constantly need to be in the spotlight. Earlier this week I deleted someone from FB for being an AW. It was either delete her or tell her she's too old to be acting a fool. lol

I'm glad she is doing well and taking it nice and easy while she bakes in there. Big Smile I'm keeping you both in my T&P for a healthy PG and safe delivery.

Oh man - I hope you feel better . Lupron used to give me the worst migraines too but the temp thing is just crazy! Friday come quick!

Hope things get better for you Mrs.Mc. Lupron kicked my butt too when I was on it.

Rachel... so happy baby girl is doing what she is supposed to be doing. Praying for you that she sticks around for the long haul. And as Mrs. Mc said... of course you have to update us! We all care and want to know how things are going. I'll take the hugs(would take the jugs too). I start stims tonight and the anxiety level is through the roof.

Big hugs to you!!! ...And of course we want an update from you!... At least I know I do!!!

I have been in a bit of a funk since before Christmas, so I haven?t been posting much as I don?t want to spread my negative karma

Our DE cycle has been pushed forward to the end of February now. Our donor was having very irregular cycles, which resulted in her getting a bit freaked out and canceling some of her appointments (I guess that is understandable). Apparently, the education and follow up after her last cycle (different clinic) wasn?t very good and she thought something was really wrong. Anyway, she is ok (thank God for her and us) and was given clearance to move forward in February.

There just seems to be so many little hiccups along the way that keep zapping my positivity. First it was the adeno diagnosis, then it really looked like our donor was going to bail and now there seem to be endless administrative irritations with the process. The agency mixed up the lawyers... We only found out after getting a letter from what should have been our donor?s lawyer saying they couldn?t represent us unless we waived the conflict of interest. Turned out the cheques were wrong as well as a result of that mixup. Then we got billed for tests on our donor that to the best of our knowledge were never done... and the list goes on. It all just wears you down.

I hear you on not posting to avoid spreading doom ans gloom. I have felt that myself so often. Glad your donor is ok but yes it all wears you down. Hugs.

Pretty Accountant I would love to hear your updates all the time ( put a ticker on it and if we don't want to look we won't)

As for me blood work got sent yesterday we should have it monday. Tuesday my TNF will be tested and then we will see if we can go full speed ahead. My PCP scared me today about taking Humira and it turned out it was for nothing which irritated the crap out of me. That's about it.

McIrish -- FX for great baselines for you and your donor tomorrow! Also hoping that the estrace brings you much needed relief (it made me sick to my stomach each day, but sounds like you do well on it).

PrettyAccountant-- Great to hear your update and it's so wonderful that baby girl is hitting all the milestones! I certainly hope that she continues that trend. Keeping you in my thoughts!

Sophistikitty -- Sorry to hear that you've been in a funk (I have been also, which is a big reason for my being MIA). Very glad that your donor is okay and the cycle is back on track for next month. The hiccups you've had to deal with sound very irritating and it's no surprise that they've worn down your spirits. I hope that there are no more on the horizon and that your funk fades away as you get closer to actually getting started with the cycle.

Gregermis -- I'm okay with either format..as long as there's a way for us to keep tabs on you girls, whatever works best for you all.

November's IVF was over before it really got started. Fortunately, it had nothing to do with my body's lack of response this time. Turns out, new RE assumed I had had a SHG following my miscarriage/D&E in April and prior to my last IVF, so he got me started on stims right away. After a couple days on stims, IVF nurse realized I never had an SHG. Stims were stopped and I had the saline sono. As it turns out, that was a good thing since they found scar tissue that's believed to be from the pg and/or D&E. Operative hysteroscopy it is...

However, due to my clinic's OR privileges (no hysteroscopies done at clinic) + T-giving + my AF cycle, I couldn't have hysteroscopy until 12/20. All the scar tissue was removed (fortunately, it was less in quantity and severity than they had assumed based on sono image) and pathology came back fine. RE said my ute now has a nice "tune-up" and I'm good to go.

AF is due tomorrow/this weekend -- I'll start stims as soon as she arrives.

I'm late to the post because I've been super sick with a nasty cold! No real updates from me, but wanted to post and say hi to everyone.
