So, I've had my nice little bump break. Except that I couldn't help but lurk from time to time. Regardless, I think it was good for my sanity.
Anyway, I've missed you guys, and I think I might be ready to come back. 
Here's the short version: our WTF appointment (after the failed IVF) was kind of a shock when the RE recommended we step back to IUI, but this time with injects. I asked about that after the first 3 IUIs failed... but she didn't want to go that route because the success rate isn't necessarily that much higher (than Femara/Clomid IUI -- I did Femara), and she was really worried about multiples.
Anyway, with my DOR, she said another IVF is probably about 40% chance of success, and IUI with injects (assuming a similar response to when we did IVF) is probably about 30%. So it's sort of weighing our options, and costs vs. reasonable expectations for success. What she didn't know when she recommended it, is that we still have 3 IUIs and 6 injects cycles left on our insurance... bonus!
Obviously there's still a higher risk of multiples, but as DH has said: we're pretty much past the point of optimal outcomes.
So, that's the latest on me.

Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.
June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!
