Levi and Dylan were playing in the bath tub. when Levi bent forward to pick up his toy he hit his face of the tub.

Now my poor lil man has a gash above his eye on the very top on his eye lid.

It stopped bleeding almost immediately but I'm unsure whether I should rush him to the ER or wait till the morning.

For having a 6 year old I'm still a newbie in the field

    Now keep in mind that I have done martial arts my whole life and that I am pretty relaxed with stuff like that....

    ... I would wait. If it is not bleeding and if you don't think his eye is affected that is. I would try to ice it with a cold spoon, give ibuprofen so it doesn't get inflamed and let him sleep on it.

    If it starts bleeding again I would go to the ER, though.

    Yes, yes I do. A bit less now that I am old and beat down, but let's just say I am pretty comfortable.
