Hey ladies. I have a strange question, and I'm hoping someone can help me.
I have a ridiculous slate of food allergies (nuts, strawberries, wheat, soy). Saltines are not an option for me, but I'm starting to feel very nauseated. I'm afraid the MS is on its way, and I'm not sure what I can use instead of crackers. Today I brought rice cakes and grapes (fruit cravings!) to nibble on. I don't want to spend a fortune on gluten-free crackers, but I'm going to need something soon.
Is anyone else dealing with this? Any ideas besides rice-cakes?

Oooh. Bananas are a good idea! And jello. I've heard of preggo pops, but I'm not sure I'm ready to invest yet. I'm mostly looking for small snacks I can put in my purse or keep at my desk.
Thanks so much everyone for the ideas. I'm heading out to the grocery now.
I would skip the Preggie Pops but that is just me. I like Jolly Ranchers or Altoids if I need something like that. Jolly Ranchers really helped when I was pregnant with DS. I think Preggie Pops are just overpriced candy but that is just me.
Hey all. Thanks so much for your help. I went on a grocery run last night and came home with bananas and rice cakes. But the best thing was something I already knew about but had forgotten.
A company called Glutenos makes a gluten free (and therefore wheat free) pretzel. They are delicious. I'm going to post a link here in case anyone else is looking for wheat-free or gluten-free things to nibble on when nauseated. https://www.glutino.com/our-products/snacks/pretzels/pretzels-sticks-8oz-us/
I haven't tried them yet for nausea nibbles (so far my queasiness tends to hit mid-morning) but I think they are going to be the perfect saltine substitute.
