I see quite a few questions about the Hypnobabies program around here as well as what the difference is between Hypnobabies and Hypnobirthing. While this article doesn't directly compare and contrast Hypnobabies with Hypnobirthing it is a pretty comprehensive explanation of what Hypnobabies entails. Thought it might be useful to someone trying to decide which path to take for their childbirth course!
Re: Article: How is Hypnobabies Different?
in what ways?
From reading a lot articles, blogs, and forums people feel that Hypnobirthing is missing a lot of key things. Hypnobabies is more complete.
Here is an article on the differences. Pretty much everything I found said the same thing.

Hypnobabies is also far more expensive. I ordered a Hypnobirthing book ($7 with shipping) and that will have to work for me since I don't have the funds for Hypnobabies.
My midwife said she has personally seen more success with hypnobirthing than with hypnobabies. I'll be doing hypnobirthing.
