Kinda embarrassing ?

Does anyone else find that their post-baby bladder is a little unpredictable? I didn't notice it at all until I started working out. Now I feel like I need to pee every time I jump, no matter if I just went 5 minutes ago or not. I'm pretty sure it's not a UTI b/c it only happens when I'm working out. I'm terrified I'm going to wet my pants! Will those K exercises help?

Kinda guilty about not doing these. I don't so much now but in the beginning my bladder had a mind of its own! But then again I haven't really exercised in a LONG time!
  • Yes. It sucks. Last month I had a migraine so bad I started to vomit and ended up needing to change my pants. I need to start Kegels or talk to my doctor about it at my annual exam next month.
  • You can actually see a physical therapist for pelvic floor issues. I wish you thebest.
