Update: first appt yesterday

I posted yesterday about going to my first doctors appt, so just wanted to update everyone. It went really well! I really like my doctor and the hospital where the practice delivers, so I feel good about that. I had my first u/s and it was incredible seeing the baby's heart beat (couldn't hear it yet, though). 

There's so much information and things to think about, though! I'm really glad DH was there to help me remember everything. And it made me laugh that he piped up with a question about how to manage my MS. (Dr. told me to avoid sugar, FYI).

Thanks again for all the good luck vibes! Has anyone gone recently / going soon? If so, GL and well wishes for you!

    That is good to hear you got to see your LO. :)

     How far along are you?

    We will be going at 6w3d and hoping we can see our LO.  That will be very reassuring.  We didn't see our son until about 9 weeks, but never had a scan before then.

    Thanks! It felt surreal. I'm exactly 6 weeks along. FX you get to see your LO when you go in the next few weeks!

    Brody was born on September 23, 2013 at 6.33am weighing 8lb 14oz.  
    Hes our angel... :)

    Congrats on the good appointment!  Our first appointment is on Friday and I cannot wait.  I will be 6 weeks, 5 days at that point and they said they will do an ultrasound so hopefully we get to see the little sweet pea!

    Wonderful news!! I will be going on Monday I will be 6wks and 4 days I hope to see a heart beat when I go. And definitely bringing hubby with me too what I don't remember he will!
