I Can't Believe I Am Here! Intro :)

Hi ladies, I wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I am still getting the hang of time management with my 9 day old (ha! you say :) and i have a few minutes to catch up.

Most of my history is in my siggy (still yet to be updated) and my miracle - who arrived 40 months after DH and I started to TTC- Harrison Earl (aka "the Muppet") was born at 2:31 on 12/29/12 at 7lbs 9oz. Summary: We were dx as oligohydroamnios (only 4cm of fluid) at 41 weeks so my birth center turned me over to the hospital at 41w2d for an induction. He was born that day via emergency c-section due to hemorrhaging and acute total placental abruption at 7cms.

It was pretty traumatic and I am healing well physically, but I am still working on the emotional part, it may take a while and I hope hanging out here gives me a little more normalcy to my life and helps me move forward.

The Muppet is breastfeeding like a champ, our cloth diapering works much better than I thought (even thought he poops.all.day.long, like he is going for the gold in pooping!) and he is the total apple of my eye. I never, never, ever knew I would love him this much - I imagined I would, but I had no idea it was the heart exploding kind of love. Although our journey was long, expensive, and filled with heartache at times, I would do it all over in a split second for one minute spent with him.

#1 BFP 1/10/11; missed m/c discovered 7w5d
IF Dx: Endo, hetero MTHFR mutation, poor morphology
#1 IUI: 1/18/12 = BFN
#1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
#2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!

    BFP#1 12/18/10 EDD 8/28/11 | 2/14/11 discovered that our baby girl had anencephaly D&C 2/17/11 at 12.5 weeks | no O or AF post loss - Dx: AO + mild PCOS = secondary infertility Provera after 70 days = AF but no O | Provera + 50mg Clomid after 110 days = AF but no O 3 rounds of 100mg Clomid + Estrogen + Progesterone = mixed O results, all BFN hysteroscopy 1/6/12 - removed fibroid tissue injection cycle #1 - 75 IU follistim + ovidrel (triggered 2/9/12) + endometrin = BFP!     Congrats again on your sweet little muppet. I'm sorry your birth didn't how you wanted it to, if it makes you feel better mine didn't either. I'm glad breast feeding and cloth diapering are working for you. I'm still waiting for my little girl's stump to fall off so we can start CDing since she's so tiny and all of my nb diapes cover her stump.
