Unless you posted your meal plan a few threads below this, what meals are you making for the week? Or do we want to start this next week?
I have major insomnia with this pregnancy. So, I'm bumping at 4 am.

Full on meal planning has never worked for us, because we never know what produce or meat will be at the grocery store and in good enough condition to eat.
SO is away this week so DD and I will likely be eating relatively simple/quick meals such as winter vegetable and lentil soup, tortellini with leftover spaghetti sauce I made last night, breakfast for supper, and butternut squash with homemade chicken fingers if I can get them. We usually do homemade pizza or similar on Fridays. That's the plan for now, we'll see what happens!
Gumbo is in the crock pot today thanks to Jake popping up like a jack-in-the-box at 0200 and not being interested in going back to sleep.
DH has requested sloppy joes (gag) for tomorrow with homemade mac n' cheese. I can pretty much eat my body weight in carbs these days so the mac n' cheese sounds appealing to me.
Wednesday I am making a NC-style pork tenderloin (modified for crock pot cooking) with potato salad and green beans that I canned over the summer.
Thursday we are some sort of soup (either minestrone or veggie- I have the stuff for either) and grilled cheese. If I get crazy Wednesday and start the overnight bread from my Pinterest board, we will have that instead of grilled cheese sandwiches.
Friday is for leftovers.
Awww, Rachey, pregnancy insomnia sucks!!! Mine went away after about 10-11 weeks, hopefully yours does soon!
I meal planned last week and then got sick AGAIN (god I feel like a broken record!), so I'm still using most of those planned meals for this week:
Tonight: Dinner at my ILs. Fingers crossed, they usually have filet mignon or something equally as yummy when we visit. Yum!!
Tuesday: Chicken and/or beef quesadillas
Wednesday: Shephards Pie
Thursday: Chicken parm with spaghetti and salads
Friday: Lasagna roll ups (first time trying to make these, I'm using a slightly modified version of this recipe)
Saturday: Steak, green beans, rice
And now...must find motivation to drag myself and DD to the market. Maybe I can get away with running out during her afternoon nap so I can be quick about it.
The rest of the week in no particular order: French bread pizzas, crockpot roast with taters and carrots, chicken and rice casserole, and chicken spinach artichoke white bake thing.
Tonight we are having pasta with meat sauce.
Tomorrow will be leftovers because I have appointments.
Wednesday, I'm going to make crock pot chicken salsa.
Thursda, I'm going to try a pork chop recipe
Friday, not sure yet. I might steal some of your ideas!!
Thanks, girlie. I start teaching spinning tomorrow after two weeks off, I'm hoping that adding more exercise helps! Yummy dinners!
Tues: H is working/ school so grilled cheese, egg toast or omlets with fruit
Wed: dinner at my parents
Thurs: taco casserole
Friday: H is working again, homemade cheese pizza
tonight: Crockpot Bulgogi
Tuesday: Chicken and Brocoli bake
Wednesday: Crockpot pork tacos
Thursday: Dinner out
Friday: chicken and squash/zuchinni
Saturday: haven't figured this out yet.
