Any of your DH more sensitive now with a baby???

My husband has always been a sweet and caring guy, that is what attracted me to him in the first place, but now he is super sensitive and gets all emotional about his daughter.  A few examples, when we were in the ER on Saturday he could not stay in the room while they suctioned her nose out, well I did not want to see her hurt either but I am not going to leave her alone.  The nurses said that alot of dads can't stay .   Then our DD has been crawling backwards only, well last night she took two strides forward, I told him about it this morning, he was like cool, well my mom (who watches her for me) sent me a video of her doing it again, so I forwarded it to him, and he says he is about to cry because he is not there!  LOL!  I do feel sorry for him, but at this rate I don't know if the man can handle her first day of school!!!!

    That's sweet! MH is a sucker for Micah. He won't let him cry. The slightest fuss, and daddy's picking him up. There are times where DH knows that I'm trying to push Micah to self soothe, and DH will just stare at me like a dog with a biscut on his nose waiting for the cue that he can go at it! It's only surprising based on what society expects, but honestly, I'm the frank one in the relationship, and he's the sap. One of many reasons that I don't have friends!
