Wed: Cheesy turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Thu: Crock pot beef stew over brown rice, salad
Fri: Chicken soup from the freezer, salad
Sat - Sun: I am in NY to see Phantom of the Opera and have a girls' weekend with my sisters, stepmom, and best friend! DH and DD will probably have leftovers and freezer meals.
T: Salad with roasted chicken, poached eggs, and bacon.
W: baked tilapia fish sticks with sweet potato fries
R: breakfast for dinner (eggs in a cloud)
F: thai shrimp soup and spring rolls
S: stir fry.
that's the plan so far. I went to the store yesterday and will go again Wednesday. I'd be a lot better at this if I were a SAHM. I've been on break and we've been much more organized. Returning to work is going to be rough.

I went shopping yesterday and am pretty much set for the week. We'll do leftovers or sandwiches or bagel sandwiches for lunches. I have no idea what we're doing this weekend.
