Quinny Buzz vs Zapp

I like both strollers and I'm having a hard time deciding between the two. I'm mostly intrigued by their carseat compatibility. There's an obvious price difference between the two but I'm wondering which is the easiest and longer lasting stroller. The seat on the buzz worries me that my child might grow out of it quickly. If anyone has had any experience with either stroller, I would love some feedback!! TIA

Re: Quinny Buzz vs Zapp

  • We have the zapp as our primary stroller and really like it We have the original, non reclining seat one. It was very easy to use it as a travel system with the car seat. I posted some pics on amazon on the page for the maxicosi Mico showing the zapp as a travel system.
The zapp is very maneuverable and easy to navigate in tight spaces. We used the zapp with the Mico on a trip to Disney when DD was 4 months old. It worked well and didn't take up much space in the restaurants. I found that if you folded the zapp handles down, you could put the car seat on the adapters and it made a little stand for the seat. We were able to pull the carseat right up to the table and DD could see what was going on.
The zapp works great on hard surfaces, by wot really work on gravel, grass, or any sort of "offroad". The new Zapps allow you to keep the seat attached while folding so if you get a zapp, make sure it's the folding seat one. The zapp has a nice compact fold too! It fits in the trunk of my Mini Cooper with room to spare.

I've never played with the buzz so I can't comment on that one.
