Rings no longer fit :

Well, my wedding rings officially no longer fit. Definitely bummed out because I love them. Started wearing my wedding band on a chain but miss having a ring on my finger. Any suggestions on where to find a nice looking, not too expensive fake "diamond" ring?

    I took mine off back at Thanksgiving.  They've always been a bit snug though.  I got a cute one from TJMaxx a long time ago.  In fact we fooled the mail-woman today who complemented me on my ring :P  

    I wouldn't go to claires or that sorta place since it always stains my hand after a few days of wearing it.

    I saw decent ones at walmart today, for about 30. I'm not bothering. My rings don't fit either and I just accepted the fact that people will think I'm some 16 year old single girl KTFU in high school lol. I look really young, but I'm 26 I swear!

    Oh my god it's so funny that you say that! That's part of the reason I want something to wear. I'm young looking for my age as well. I was just saying to my husband that people might think I'm a pregnant teen if I don't have a ring on my finger.

    I haven't been wearing my rings for months but because they're too big! I decided to take then off after waking up one morning to find them missing. Luckily, one was by my bed and I found the other 4 days later in the living room. Haha! I wear a Celtic ring I got on my honeymoon: second best option for me until I decide to get my rings resized. :

    This post made me feel better.  I went to put on mine this morning and shoved them on.  I bet I'll be regretting this later when I try and take them off.  My husband and I went shopping today and my feet and ankles are really hurting.  What causes your fingers and ankles to swell during pregnancy?

    Kohls  or penny's should have something that would work.  You could even go to a regular jeweler and just get a plain band.

    I'll be looking for rings too. I know mine will stop fitting soon my wedding band first since its a size smaller. I was looking at overstock n hsn for sets even amazon. I saw some nice ones and under 50 I think n even less.

    This is me too but I'm 24. I don't think my one year old helps my case either, I would get seriously judged!

    My rings still fit fine right now, I think the cold weather helps.

    I had the same problem before Christmas. I bought an eternity looking CZ band that is silver plated from target for $10. It was a steal and cute.

    I brought my 2.5 year old to the dermatologist with me the other day, and getting off the elevator I said "Kayleigh, be careful" because this guy was walking by with a cart, and he said "That's right, listen to your sister". ...I wanted to cry.  I'm not joking when I say I look 16.  I guess I'll like it when I'm 40!

    I laughed at your story because I KNOW (as in I am 100% sure) it's going to happen to me too. I am 31 but believe it or not, the Costco lady asked me if my parents are with me to try a sample! I was floored and may have dropped the stupid cream puff in my hand right down on the tray. I know I'll like it when i'm 50 but at the moment I wanted to punch her. I'm already concerned that people will think I am some young teen mom, not like anything is wrong with that but I swear I am 31!!!! I've tried make-up, short/long/medium hair, dressing up..still people think I am way younger than I am. I went to get my hair done for the holiday and the lady asked if I was in college and when I said I graduated in 2003 she said "what, I thought you're 20!"

    Thanks for this post. I feel better after getting all that vent off my shoulder about looking young for my age:)  I guess I'll wait for the side eye and the comments after the baby is here...

    I didn't wear my rings with my son for half the pregnancy. They didn't fit... even though I gained weight at a slower rate than this pregnancy. This time around, they are actually LOSE!  My diet is much different this time, though. We have cut out all processed foods and are eating a very low sodium diet. I also know the colder weather helps (last time around, baby was due in May).
