  • Yes except I don't work out. Nor eat particularly well lol.

  • I hold onto the wieght until after 6 months of BF then I will begin to lose.  Although I think my body holds on to weight period.

  • I can't either. I'm working out and eating well and I've actually put on a few pounds. So frustrating.

  • I lost a ton really fast, like by 2 weeks PP I was only 4 lbs over my pre-preg. Weight.  Since then nothing.  I haven't weighed myself, but I suspect I've actually put on weight.  I've been eating pretty well & working out 2-3 times a week.  Annoying.  I was just reading that BF'ing burns the most fat in months 3-6 so I'm hoping that's true & I start dropping it now!

  • Yeah, I feel jigglier than I did immediately postpartum, but I think the link Ellcore put up from Alpha Parent said you should start losing weight at 3 months because the milk needs more fat in it.

  • Do you feel mored toned? If you are gaining muscle and losing fat, you may not see a decrease on the scale.

  • My body held onto the weight with my son until weaning at 1 year. I think it seems like the same thing this time. With him I actually gained 15 lbs when I stopped breastfeeding because I was probably eating the same but no longer burning those calories!
  • Same here.  It's frustrating as hell.  I have around 12-13 pounds to lose and I feel like I'm getting nowhere with it.  In all fairness, I only started working out last week.
