  I really love Caroline, but I don't think any of your mn's flow particularly well with it. 

  My cat's name is Olivia Jane ... lol.  It's pretty cute.  Abigail would go cute with Jane or Eleanor.  Natalie pairs well with Jane or Rose.  Paige is more of a mn to me and would be cute with Abigail, Natalie and Olivia.  I don't like Eleanor with any of your mn choices either.

  Of your first names I like Abigail, Natalie, Oliva and Paige

  Of your MNs I like Catherine, Jane and Rose. 

  Since DD1s mn is long like her first name, I would use Catherine as a mn and I would eliminate Paige as a first name. 

  So ... Abigail Catherine, Natalie Catherine and Oliva Catherine.  I like all three!  My style is Abigail or Natalie.  And I think Natalie fits best with Madelyn.
