Cellulite Gel during pregnancy

Did anyone use Nivea cellulite gel while pregnant? I just started to feel concerned again, after using this for a while. I asked at my 2nd prenatal visit, months ago, if this was safe along with a couple other things I use Clean and Clear persa gel 10 and Clear Eyes eye drops. I was told is was ok. Now that I'm feeling even more paranoid about everything that goes in my body, I did a search and read on some sites that it's not ok or recommended because of some of the key ingredients. How could I miss that. : I'm going to stop using it. It has been part of my daily routine for years. Does anyone know if this has caused harm to the baby?     I don't know if it will harm your baby, but none of those products actually work, they're a giant money suck. Save your pennies for the gym.
