Snow suits???

Did anyone get their LO's a snow suit?? I have been looking for them and can't find anything I like.. I got Matthew a light weight one from Carters but I feel that he needs something a little heavier... Where did u get ur LO their snow suite??

My sister was gracious enough to loan me one but seeing that DD got pissed the first time we took her out in the snow suit (wasn't even full on, she had a fleece jacket and snow pants) had her in a sled, we probably won't be going out much more.

I don't know if it's a "snow suit" exactly (it's not waterproof), but my mom got DS a one-piece fleece thing from Macy's and it is AWESOME. It's super thick, but not bulky, and has the hood, mittens, and feet all attached. We've taken him out a few times this winter so far (in like 30-40 temps), and he's stayed perfectly comfortable.

DD has one traditional style snow suit that is Columbia and another fleece one. We use the fleece one for walks when it's just a bit too cold for normal clothes. She's only worn the Columbia one a couple times when it was quite cold and we took DS sledding.

we ordered them from amazon. We heard to order big, but I couldn't find any other 12mwith booties and mittens, so they were pricey.

but its 6-9 months and barely fits him. We put him in that and covered him a water resistant coverall that was handed down to him, also in 6-9 month size. He was squished together with all of his fluff, had a hat and mittens on, but had a blast out in the snow! We'll only use it for the very seldom sled riding that he'll do, which probably won't happen again this season. He didn't stay out very long anyway.
