How many teeth does LO have?

Nora didn't get her first tooth until after 8 months. She poked through 2 at a time then (which was on vacation-yay). She then didn't receive any until after 10 months, when she rocked out 4 teeth within a couple of weeks. She seems to be off and on teething lately, but we haven't seen any come through since her last 4. That's nearly 5 months with no teeth. Does anyone else have a child with very few teeth? and when are these as$hole teeth going to come in?!!!

Natalie got her bottom 2 around 10 months I believe. Then after a year she started getting her top teeth in. She was super crabby for a few days and I eventually checked her mouth and she had a bunch more in the back. She just clamps on to my finger now if I check and those puppies are sharp! I am guessing around 8 or so.

LBB got his first 2 teeth at 10 months. Then he got another right before he turned 1.

He got 4 more between 12 and 14 months, giving us a grand total of 7.

Yeah, DS hasn't gotten any new teeth in a few months. We're stuck at 6 (4 on top, 2 on bottom).

E has her four top teeth and two on the bottom. That's it. I think she's currently working on those two bottom side teeth and her molars, but I am not sticking my fingers in there to check. She thinks it's hilarious to bite your finger, and the louder you yell, the harder she chomps down.

I'm glad you asked because I felt like we were having a teeth stall, but looks like it's normal. L has four up top and two on the bottom, nothing new since September.

Nora is exactly the same on all of this. She will even yell, "ouch, mommy," after she has just bitten and laughed at me.

DS just had his second top canine tooth poke through, giving him a grand total of 14! This seems like a lot compared to the other moms I talk to with LOs around his age.

My DS has probably the least amount of teeth of everyone. He cut his very first tooth the day before Thanksgiving. So he was 13 months. He cut 3 more in the following two weeks. And that's all we've got. The top middle two and bottom middle two. And they aren't even in all the way. The bottom two are still barely through the surface. Of the top two one is in pretty much all the way, and the other maybe half way.

ETA: never mind Rocco has us beat. But just barely.

Sophie got her first two at nine months, then two more between 12 and 13 months. About two weeks ago four more popped out over two days. I think she might be working on more. She has recently started biting while nursing, which hurts like a mofo (I consider myself lucky that she never bit much before this).

B got his bottom 2 at 6.5 months then didn't get his top 2 until just before 12 months. He just cut 2 more on top, so we have 4, working on 6!

E has 12. 6 on the bottom and 6 on top. The incisors look like they might poke through here soon too. She likes to get her teeth in sets of 4.

bubba has 16 aswell. He didnt seem too bothered by them.

Until last week, G had six (two top, four bottom) and had had all of those since like, 9 months?

As of last week one molar broke though, another one is peeking, and two more top teeth are showing white. He'll be 15 months next week.

This is L, too. Although 2 of the 4 on top are still only halfway through. I think the next 2 on the outer sides of those teeth (the fang ones? lol) are just starting to poke through as well. Fun fun.

Gator has two on top and four on bottom and was that way for a few months. A few weeks ago, she started getting 6 of her molars/teeth in all at the same time.

She eats everything normally! It's insane. She can crunch right through with those hard little gums!

Lily got her first two on the bottom back in June, then got one more on the bottom during the summer. She got her fourth bottom one a month or two ago. That makes a grand total of four, all on the bottom. We've felt them poke through on the top a couple of times, but they always disappear again.
