  Stabbing pain where? I get a little sore in my hips and have those sharp shooting round ligament pains from time to time after sex. Is that what you're feeling? I think that's pretty normal.

  I'm curious to know where too. I've been having major cramps across my lower abdomen for the last month and a bit (from walking quickly etc). It's not RLP but somewhat similar (trust me, I had months of that). Anyways, after sex, I do get the same cramps which are shooting pains across my lower abdomen. They go away very quickly though.

  I figured out that if I don't empty my bladder completely before sex (even if I don't feel like I need to go) I will experience some pain during/after sex.

  So now if there is any chance I will get 'lucky' I make a quick bathroom run

  I've experienced pain after sex, but not necessarily "stabbing". More like an achy crotch/vagina. It starts almost immediately after and can last a few hours or into the next day.

  We're trying to switch to shallower penetration positions to see if that helps.
