How painful is your previous incision area at this point? During 2nd tri I felt a lot of stretching and it started to hurt sometimes when I laughed, sneezed, or coughed the wrong way. Now, it's a constant dull pain, shooting pains when I cough or sneeze or move the wrong way, and it sometimes feels like contractions are happening down there. Normal?

I'd definitely mention it to your OB, but scar tissue probably doesn't stretch as well as regular tissue. I haven't really noticed mine at all, but my big pregnant belly kind of hangs over the scar area. Maybe you are carrying really low lately too and there is more pressure on that area.
That would be my guess, that LO dropped and is putting more pressure on the scar. Mine isn't particularly short (I was expecting shorter, I think), but it is low and I haven't had any pain associated with it.
