The highlight of my weekend is a Nestie book club GTG tomorrow! We're going to lunch and shopping. I'm so excited!
Tonight: DH and I are probably getting take out, I have to finish cleaning up Christmas stuff and getting my house back in order, and do DD's laundry. Big fun.
Tomorrow: probably quick breakfast out with DH and DD before I head out to the GTG (an hour and a half away). I may also stop at a friend's house that's on the way home, depending on how the afternoon goes.
Sunday: We have a memorial service for DH's uncle, and then just the usual Sunday chores - grocery shopping, cooking ahead as much as I can for a party I'm hosting next weekend, laundry.
Tonight we have a family dinner date! I'm excited to go out to eat with my man and lo I think H wants hibachi but my stomach has been a little ick today, so we will see how I feel when he gets off work.
Tomorrow, the play center is open (isn't usually on Sat) so H and I are both going to go so he can see what it's like. I have to work in the evening.
Sunday, I don't know. Probably just a lazy day.

"What did my fingers do before they held you? What did my heart do with it's love?"
For fun, we have a cousin's bday party tonight and one on Sunday.
I've got a to-do list that's full of not the usual chores. Like making a decision on my 4yo's pre-k class for next year. R needs new shoes for school. DH and DS1 need to make their pinewood derby car for next weekend. And taking down the Christmas stuff is a days-long project that we might as well start this weekend. That's prob my least favorite. With that stuff down and all my toy reorganizing and rotating, our house is going to look so naked!

MIL, SIL and SIL's kids are coming down for the weekend. We have an engagement party (gotta love built-in sitters!), all going out to hibachi, a trip to IKEA, and taking the kids to the bounce house.
It's going to be a long, but very fun weekend.

Nothing fun here. Next weekend we are hosting a party for the first Broncos playoff game so it is operation get house in order!
Tonight: I am making grilled fish tacos, Spanish rice, black beans, a cabbage slaw and tarter! Get ready tomatillo salsa! I will probably convince my H to watch Hope Springs with me!
Sat: mama starts tanning for Vegas! I will get a hard workout in while my H takes Bo to a bounce house and out for lunch!
We will grill some homemade pizzas and call it a night.
Sunday: gym, church, putting Christmas decorations away, and making pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn, cinnamon apples, and homemade rolls! If I get ambitious I want to try and make a 6 layer chocolate peanut butter cake!
Nothing much here. This is DH's first weekend off in 5 weeks, but he and L are recovering (him from a mancold, her from a cold and double ear infection) so we didn't make plans. I think pretty much everyone in my extended family is sick too, or we'd be seeing them tonight. I just plan to get some cleaning and relaxing done, and church on Sunday.
Saturday we are taking down the Christmas decorations. We usually leave them up past the 6th but this is the only day we can coordinate to take them down.
Sunday it is laundry and shopping day. A quiet weekend overall and I am happy about that!
