So, me and my DH live in a 1 bedroom condo (it sucks with the baby on the way, but our house has been up for sale since June, and no offers yet) anyway.. we need to share our room with the baby. Our dresser is a honey/natural color, and our bed side tables are black. I have no clue what color the baby's crib or changing table should be. I love the thought of darker; because it would go well with our side tables, lights and bed set. But, i'm also scared that it'll make the room too dark. would love to hear opinions. thanks!

Re: opinion- what color should the crib and changing table be?
I would just go with whatever you like and not worry about it matching your furniture b/c hopefully, eventually, it won't have to match your furniture, right?
I guess I'm not one to advise on nursery furniture though...I just realized that our nursery has an oak crib, a natural changing table, a cherry armoire and a white nightstand!

Any don't worry about being in a one bedroom. Even if you had 2 beds, baby would probably sleep with you in the beginning anyways so this just makes it that much easier ;
This. I would buy what you like, regardless of whether it matches or not.
