How is everybody doing? Anything new to share?
I have THREE more days until my due date. Wowzers! I will soon be a mother to two. Anyone else getting close?
I am feeling pretty good still. I am spending the New Year at work - probably my last shift. I am not on the schedule to work anymore, but if they call me for overtime I might not say no. Absolutely no signs of labor yet. I was a disappointing ZERO cm dilated at my 39 week appoint. I know that means nothing, but it is still disappointing.
How are the mothers of new babies doing? How has the transition been? Any advice for the rest of us?

I'm still in the throws of m/s and we all have the flu, so its been miserable over here.
Had first u/s on 12/26- everything is good, heartbeat strong and baby is measuring over a week ahead, so they may change my EDD. Other than that, thats it!
Jess & Adam, married 2009, precious Audrey born in 2011. BFP 1/6/13, 6-wk MMC discovered at 9 wks 2/11/13. D&C 2/18/13, second D&C 4/23/13 for retained placenta.
BFP 8/24/13!! EDD 5/1/14, delivered healthy and sweet Zoey Leanne on 5/5/14 by repeat c-section.
We're just waiting for the outcome of cycle 12 right now. We were visiting the ILs for Christmas, so I figured this would be a good time for a break from the thermometer. It was going great, actually, until today. I've been having all my usual "AF is just around the corner" signs since last night, but I can't seem to get an answer either way. BFN this morning, but no AF either. It's driving me crazy! I was really hoping to have some good news to start off the new year.
It's been getting to DH, too. I think he's really starting to get his hopes up even though I keep telling him not to. I almost feel like he could jinx it (which I know is not true...). This is the first time in a while that I haven't felt all super-hopeful, and I kind of almost want AF to just start already so we can move on. The waiting and not knowing is so much harder to deal with than the disappointment.
And yet, I'm starting to feel like maybe we have a chance this time. If I'm right about when I ovulated, we had really good timing. Wait and see...just gotta keep waiting.

33 weeks here and doing well, thank goodness. Just the usual pregnancy discomforts.
I'm finally starting to think about getting things for when the baby comes (we haven't really done anything yet). So we are looking into getting a bed for DS, I'm looking at baby carriers since I never wore DS, among other things. Oh, and names. Yeah. Still at an impasse there.
Doing well, 17 weeks this week! I have a ton of energy most days and have been feeling great, love 2nd tri. We found out on Xmas that we are having another boy...I am so excited for DS to have a brother : We are in the process of finishing our basement which is where the new playroom will go, old playroom will become DS2's room. So we've got lots going on over here.
We won't need much for new baby since its another boy, though we will be buying a new crib set, double stroller, and another camera for our monitor. We have begun the name search as well. I am all ready excited to do newborn/big brother pics
Poor Mason. Hope he's feeling better soon.
Hello everyone. I haven't been on thebump in forever. But we have just started to TTC. I am in my first 2ww and wow is it messing with my mind; I had forgotten about this part.
Glad to see so many names I recoginze and it looks like you are all doing well.

almost 9 weeks. Had an ultrasound last week that went well.
Still not super excited about this LO but looking forward to it nonetheless! So different this time around.
I am feeling pretty good. I thought I was experiencing morning sickness but turns out it was my prenatal that was making my stomach hurt! I'm back on my prescription vitamin and very happy.
