Help with nursery!!

I am 24 and we recently found out that I am pregnant with triplets.  This was a HUGE shock to us since this was all natural.  We did not do any fertility treatments.  I was told by my doctor that I can not work due to my pregnancy being high risk.  This means we are very tight with money.  Does anyone know how to get a free crib, or maybe someone has one they would like to donate.  We live in northern Rhode Island.
