Help a PgALer out? Please? RE: ANA

Hey Mommas! 

I was wondering if anyone here had a slightly positive ANA and didn't go on any steroids or blood thinners and had a successful pregnancy?

I'm newly pregnant and terrified that the only thing that came back in my RPL panel is going to cause me to have another loss. I saw my RE today to talk about Lovenox and she has me going to a rheumy tomorrow for their opinion. I am just trying to keep my mind in a hopeful place should the rheumy say that they don't think the ANA is a problem.

    When I lost my first I had all the blood work done and they found I was ANA positive... we didn't find anything else that would indicate a more serious problem so I didn't see anyone else about it.  I was on low dose aspirin with my rainbow but that was more because of my history with pre-e than for the ANA.  So yes, I had successful pregnancy with nothing other than LDA.  Good luck!

    My RE didn't believe in testing for ANA because it is not a very specific test and the results didn't mean anything to her. I know it's hard but try to relax and it sounds like your working with some good drs
