Need mango chicken recipe

 I have some chicken and some leftover mango pur?e. Anybody have any recipes?

    I've never tried it, but maybe make a glaze out of the mango and some brown sugar and maybe chicken broth? Put it on the chicken and bake it in the oven.

    I'm a big believer in experimentation. Smile
