ETA: for mobile: missbrightside and others who have a toy rotation
Tell me how you did it. I'm probably over thinking this, but did you just split up the toys randomly or did you put like toys with like toys or different toys with different toys?
For example, L now has 2 of the fisher price laugh and learn puppies. This one:

And this one:

Sorry they're not clicky, I'm on an ipad. They are slightly different but very similar. Should I separate those, or put them together. She also has a bunch of board books and those shape puzzle things, I don't know if I should put them all together or split them up. I feel like splitting up like toys defeats the purpose of keeping them interested in different things, if that makes sense.
Also, do you leave out the big stuff? She got a rocking horse for Christmas and she still plays with her activity table. I figured I'd just leave those out.
Help! LOL.

Check these out, it's what I'm basing our rotation on (starting this weekend or so)

I started my rotation based off of the first link. I grouped all like toys and books together and started making sets. The larger stuff gets left out but now that he has more larger toys I may rotate those as well. I leave his favorites out all the time in a little bin. I'm getting ready to start mine over since we have a mountain of toys from Christmas.
