baby aspirin ladies

If you took baby aspirin, when did you stop taking it?

I have an equivical anti-cardiolipin result (not normal, but not abnormal range).

With M I took it my entire pregnancy, but this time I have terrible gut & esophageal issues... I'm 95% sure it's related to the aspirin. My doc said he wants me to stop taking it when I hit 2nd tri. This makes me nervous. Maybe taking it every other day would help at that point?? WDYT?

    What about cutting down to half a tab a day?

    My RE and OB both said to stop at 2nd tri, which I did. Then my OB had me take it again for 6 weeks pp.

    I took it the entire pg.  OB said it would do nothing but good things.  He did say if I had a scheduled c/s he would have me stop a couple weeks before though.

    This. I wound up stopping about a month before term when I had a nasty fall and whacked my head...luckily DS and I were fine, I was just bruised to the high heavens with black eyes as a fashion statement. Of course the ER and OB on call were not excited about the aspirin being in board when this happened, but it all worked out fine.

    I stopped taking it at 35 weeks and then started up again right after birth.  I've had a blood clot before though so different from your issue.

    Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

    Hmmm..  I wonder if that is why my heartburn started so early w/ DS.  I never even thought it could have been from the aspirin.  Anyway, I was told to stop the week before my repeat c/s.  As it turns out, I went into labor the day after I stopped taking it so I technically took it till the end.  The on call docs at the hosptial didn't appear to care at all.

    I took it my whole Pg but, I also, had my Lo 10 weeks early. 
    10/17/2009 - Our Miracle came 10 weeks early. IF,2 MC and 1 Preemie we have our miracle.. Baby Hope 10 weeks 5days was taken from us on Dec 18, 2007. Forever with us and Forever missed. Triplets Lost baby A @ weeks, Lost Baby B at 6 weeks and lost baby Abigail at 14 weeks when she was born to little for this life..... Forever with us ....
