Unless we're going to the mall or something, I use the BabyBjorn. I'm still trying to figure out the Moby, and he hasn't been overly impressed the last few times I've tried to put him in it. It's a lot less hassle then putting him in the stroller, plus it encourages him to use those neck muscles.
When he was younger, I babywore ALL the time because he hated being in the stroller.. now, he likes the stroller, too, so it's just matter of preference.. Typically if we're walking around my neighborhood, I wear him just because we don't have sidewalks on my street. Also, if we're going to a festival or something and it's going to be really crowded, I also wear him as it's easier to maneuver.
Dpends on the purpose for me. I had a REALLY fussy child who did not nap, at all and would not abide by being put down, ever. I used to bundle her up and walk her in the stroller for hours because I just could not tolerate her on me anymore and there was a chance she would actually pass out due to the ambient noise and bumpiness of being in the stroller. In the later afternoons/early evenings when I was just trying to get through her even worse witching hours I wore her in the K'tan as I walked the neighborhood to calm her down.
