soooo remember when.....

I was all excited I was starting my first cycle since losing Ella.  Uhm I am not sure what I am having!  So all you charting experts when would you start cd1 or am I even there yet?   TMI to follow!  On the 31st and 1st when ever I would wipe I had dark clotty mucus nothing to even fill a pantyliner.  Today finally I had some bright red blood in the AM and cramps put a pad on and then nothing but very light brown spotting.  I really wasted a pad and wouldn't have needed more than a panty liner.  so what would you consider cd1? would you consider any of it cd 1 or do you wait for a real flow?

    What is is like today? I would think yesterday would be cd1 because of the bright red but your body is probably out of wack and you may just have a weird spotty period.

    I'd call that spotting and still wait for CD1.  My first cycles after MC's were like that.   In my experience, and maybe it's TMI, but you'll "know" when it's CD1 and it won't be spotty.
