or walking should i say, sorry, i can't resist a good pun. Q has taken a few steps unassisted, between close together objects. He is practicing standing on his own and jumping up and down and getting up and down unassisted, and has been doing it more and more.
I'm not nervous at this point but I'm curious if anyone else still has a non-walker.
Re: Is Q the last man not standing?
Am I the only one wishing my girl was NOT walking? Haha...
Uhm.... Nope! Lol. It's been almost 6 months of walking here.. I miss the crawling...!
Good to know Tori
This is Max! He took steps at 12 months and then dilly dallied until 15 months. He'll be 16 months next week and is running now!
yeah, we're very similar. Except he's taken those seven steps spread out over a month. He walks well holding one hand, although he prefers two. The pedi isn't concerned although she said he was just a little under muscled. He is a cautious baby so I'm generally not concerned but I think he's so brilliant, it's hard to hold up my theory of baby genius when he's not walking.
He is a genius. So is L.
She has always been behind on gross motor skills and my pedi has never been concerned, and has always said, if it was something other than gross motor skills she would be. I think maybe I hold her too much. My Dad asked the other day if I was "letting that baby walk yet" lol. So I've been trying to remember to put her down and walk with her more.
