Outdoor activities w/ LO

We are a very active family and with our little guy we haven't been getting outside with the snow and cold weather.
I really want to change that. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to get LO outside? I follow a few active mom blogs but they don't talk about infants, more toddler.
We love to snowshoe and I was thinking about pulling LO behind us on the groomed trails in a sled with blankets and warm water bottles tucked around him.
We can't push our stroller anymore (unless they make skis for it) 
What are you ladies doing?

MIL bought this for DD for Christmas. I just put it together tonight and plan to start using it tomorrow if the weather is nice enough!
I love to hike with DD. I use an Ergo and now she is big enough the her framed carrier which is better for longer hikes.
I believe you can attach skis to the Chariot.
We have this. Its very cold and windy where we live and it blocks the wind on a walk. And its pretty fun and DD loves it even more now that she sits up unassisted!
