Outdoor activities w/ LO (also on 6-9m board)

We are a very active family and with our little guy we haven't been getting outside with the snow and cold weather. 

I really want to change that. Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to get LO outside? I follow a few active mom blogs but they don't talk about infants, more toddler. 

 We love to snowshoe and I was thinking about pulling LO behind us on the groomed trails in a sled with blankets and warm water bottles tucked around him.  

We can't push our stroller anymore (unless they make skis for it) ;)

What are the ladies who are still getting outside doing?

    I am a big believer in taking my kids outside and involving them in all of our family activities from a very young age.

    I took all three out to play in the snow by my self last week. It wasn't that easy since my two year old needed a lot of help too so I wore my lo. If you going snow shoeing or cross country skiing I'd wear you lo. Once their in warm cloths a snow suit, and a carrier they stay warm. Obviously you can't stay out too long but it's still fun.
